If you are not satisfied with our service, you can request a full refund within 7 days of your purchase. To be eligible for a refund:

  • Your request must be made within 7 days of the original purchase date
  • You must not have exceeded 3 biodata downloads
  • Your account must not have been used for commercial redistribution
  • You must not have violated our Terms of Service

2. How to Request a Refund

  • Reason for requesting a refund

3. Refund Process

Once we receive your refund request:

Step 1:We review your request within 24-48 hours
Step 2:If approved, we initiate the refund to your original payment method
Step 3:Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days
Step 4:You will receive a confirmation email once the refund is processed

4. What Is Refundable

  • Full plan price for unused accounts within 7 days
  • Any duplicate charges or billing errors
  • Charges for services not received

5. What Is Not Refundable

  • Requests made after the 7-day window
  • Accounts with more than 3 biodata downloads
  • Refunds for partial months on monthly plans
  • Charges for services already consumed
  • Accounts found to be in violation of Terms of Service

6. Cancellation Policy

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Your access will continue until the end of your current billing period. No refunds are provided for the unused portion of a billing cycle, but you will not be charged again after cancellation.
