Permission is granted to temporarily use ShadiBiodata for personal, non-commercial use only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title.
You May:
- Create and download biodatas for personal use
- Share biodatas with family and friends
- Use our templates for legitimate purposes
You May Not:
- Redistribute or sell our templates
- Use the service for illegal purposes
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access
3. User Account
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.
4. Payment Terms
All paid plans are one-time purchases unless otherwise specified. We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for all paid plans.
- Payments are processed securely via Razorpay
- Prices are in Indian Rupees (INR)
- Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days
5. Intellectual Property
The content, design, and templates on ShadiBiodata are owned by us and are protected by copyright laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our intellectual property without permission.
6. Limitation of Liability
ShadiBiodata shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the service.
7. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in India.
